What exercises can I do to get feminine abs? like vertical abs?
Well I’m assuming you want a flat stomach with that nice line down the center of your abs. You may think you need to do a bunch of crunches and what not, but actually everyone has abs. Our abs are just hidden under fat. So mainly you have to eat clean, by doing this you are allowing your metabolism to work better. A faster metabolism means it will burn more fat. Eating clean is so important!. When it comes to exercises, you don’t want do ab exercises like crunches, sit ups etc, cause if you have a belly and you do these ab exercises, it gonna make your abs bigger, thus making your belly appear even bigger, and it make your stomach feel harder. You want to burn this belly fat, by working out the other parts of your body such as arm, legs, glutes, chest etc. Adding in cardio is good too, but lifting weights is your best option. ( combination of cardio and weights is optimal) This will give you muscle, and muscle burns fat, which will get rid the fat in your stomach. Once you get to your desire flatness in your stomach, then you can do leg lifts, crunches, sit ups, oblique twist, etc to tone your stomach, have a stronger core, and to retain your flat sexy abs. ;). Remember it’s mostly about eating clean, then exercising to get sexy abs. Hope this helps !
